Feel free to take your time, explore the winning project pages highlighting all of the amazing work by colleagues around the world, fill in the Outstanding people campaign questionnaire and share congratulations with your teammates.
We’re pleased to share a few helpful joining reminders
- If you are accessing from home, please use your home broadband connection and avoid using VPN.
- To join the event, you will need to register using your GSK email address.
- If you have already registered, you will need to use the access code from your acceptance email, or you can request a new code. If you did not receive an acceptance in your “focused” email box, please check your “other” email box.
- Please don’t use your iPad or mobile and remember, you need to make sure your laptop has the latest version of Chrome or Microsoft Edge to get the full meeting experience. If you can’t find Edge on your laptop, please follow these instructions.
- From the event platform homepage, click on ‘Join Hal in our virtual planetarium to watch the awards show broadcast live at 10:15am ET / 3:15pm GMT’ to watch the main show. Closed captioning is available on the awards show, as well as on all video content within the platform.
- How to explore more about the winning projects: from the homepage using your mouse you can zoom in and out, move, spin and navigate our virtual world. Select a location to view various winning project pages. Feel free to leave comments or congratulations to the winning teams.
- Watch out for the pop-up notifications as these will help guide you through the event.
