In his role at Hive, Ryan steers thought around people analytics and leads Hive’s team of People Scientists, who work alongside businesses to create high performing cultures characterised by happy, healthy, and thriving employees. Ryan started his career under the tutelage of Sir Cary Cooper, President of the CIPD and has worked on projects with major organisations including Amazon, Nestle, River Island, and the NHS.

Caroline is the Head of Business Development at streamGo with an early background in people and change management consulting. Having been responsible for over 100 L&D programmes globally for clients including Rio Tinto and Tata Steel, Caroline joins every project with a people-centric approach. Combining this with over 10 years in technology as a buyer, business user and sales person, Caroline brings a unique and creative perspective which has ensured success for her clients as they build strategic online event series.

Jane is a passionate, delivery focussed senior communication and business management professional with 20 years experience gained within the Financial Services, Retail and Telco sectors. Jane has proven expertise in developing creative communication strategies, functional transformation and change management programmes across a number of the UK's most well-known companies.
