This winter is going to be tough for people living in social housing. Switchee and the Proptech Innovation Network (PIN) are committed to helping landlords protect residents.

We invite you to join us for a 3 part "Winter 101" webinar series in which we will:

  • Share data-led insights to help flag people at potential risk this winter
  • Deep dive into the direct impact the October energy price hike has had on fuel poverty
  • Explore with Riverside Group how they are using IoT to better communicate winter messaging and offer support to residents.

Webinar 03: Tuesday 29th November, 2pm - 3pm
Riverside: Using IoT to transform resident communications this winter

Riverside will showcase how they are transforming resident communications through the use of IoT technology. They will share how they successfully used IoT Technology in Winter 2021/22 to flag potential fuel poverty, reach vulnerable residents and offer access to financial support. Building from the success of last year, they will offer winter planning inspiration and the actionable steps which you as a housing provider could also take this winter to support your residents.
