Together shaping the future of Europe’s social housing to deliver efficient, affordable, low carbon homes.

In this 3-part webinar series, we invite all UK Housing Providers to join us as we discuss:

  • Real-time data integration: harnessing the power of data to better manage property portfolios.
  • A deep dive into insights: how to interpret data to empower residents to reduce their energy consumption.
  • A Case Study from Dudley Metropolitan Council: Our approach to providing safe, low-cost homes.

Webinar 01: Thursday 26th January 2023, 11am - 12pm
Real-time data integration: harnessing the power of data to better manage property portfolios.

Switchee receives over 8 billion data points per year giving real-time actionable insights into property performance and flags for the potential risk of condensation, damp, and mould. What if this real-time data could be integrated into your CRM; helping you better support residents and improve the quality of their homes?

In this webinar, Switchee's CEO, Tom Robins, will be joined by Thomas Lancefield, Social Housing Lead for Salesforce.org and Henk Korevaar, CorpoNet Ambassador to explore a world where suppliers join forces to work with social housing providers. The result, staff are equipped with the data they need to support residents and better manage homes on a case by case basis.

Below are the dates for our second and third webinars in the series. Details on how to register these will be available soon.

Webinar 02: Thursday 9th February 2023, 11am - 12pm
A deep dive into insights: How to interpret data to empower residents to reduce their energy consumption

Webinar 03: Thursday 2nd March 2023, 11am - 12pm
A case study: Dudley’s data led approach to providing safe, low-cost homes.
