As the Service and Support Manager at Switchee, Philip Taylor, is responsible for Switchee's installer and resident support teams. Philip also heads up the Switchee Trusted Installer Network.
Philip's career was spent within the financial services sector but more recently within the health sector overseeing the merger of two large GP practices. Leading teams of various sizes Philip believes in a collaborative, people-centric approach to help build and motivate successful teams. Philip has always had a keen eye for process improvement. Coupled with a love of technology, this has helped in the delivery of various large-scale projects.

Russell founded the business in September 2018 and has grown the business year on year to a 10 million £ turnover. Project Heating Solutions Ltd have a best in practice approach, specialising in the installation of Solar PV, Batteries, EV Car chargers, Smart Heating Controls, Air Source Heat Pumps, Gas Boilers, EWI, IWI and Ventilation across the B-C and B-B marketplace.
In April 2023 Project Heating Solutions Ltd purchased AMCO Renewables. AMCO are an Electrical Wholesaler that specialise in supplying Solar PV, Batteries and EV car chargers, with a turnover of 20 million £.
Russell is unique, he leads by example with a hard but fair approach using his passion, drive, and charismatic nature to inspire all who he meets and always leaves an ever-lasting impression by making people believe that the impossible is possible.

For over 25 years Jenny Danson has been leading transformational change and service improvement in CEO, COO, Executive Director and Programme roles. She has worked for companies of all shapes and sizes, from startups to multinational brands including BAA plc, Boots Opticians, Lovell, Ilke Homes, Fortem, and a number of Councils and Housing Associations
In 2017 Jenny founded Danery, which provides capacity and capability to support organisations in delivering service improvement and transformation and in 2018 joined Ian as an associate with DIN.
Jenny is a qualified executive coach, a NED with Aspire Housing and a strategic advisor to two technology companies.
