Jenny is responsible for the coordination of DIN’s specialist networks PIN (Proptech Innovation Network) and IAN (Intelligent Automation Network) in addition to supporting DINLabs and member relations.

For over 25 years Jenny Danson has been leading transformational change and service improvement in CEO, COO, Executive Director and Programme roles. She has worked for companies of all shapes and sizes, from startups to multinational brands including BAA plc, Boots Opticians, Lovell, Ilke Homes, Fortem, and a number of Councils and Housing Associations

In 2017 Jenny founded Danery, which provides capacity and capability to support organisations in delivering service improvement and transformation and in 2018 joined Ian as an associate with DIN.

Jenny is a qualified executive coach, a NED with Aspire Housing and a strategic advisor to two technology companies.

Obaid Malik is a Data Scientist at Switchee. He did his BSc in Information Technology and an MSc in Engineering Management from Pakistan, followed by an MSc in AI and a PhD in computer science specialising in Machine Learning from the University of Southampton, UK in 2016. After completing his degree, prior to joining Switchee, he worked as a postdoctoral research fellow in the University of Southampton on various industry collaborated and government funded projected related to energy/thermal analysis of homes/industrial buildings, autonomous AI systems and IoT.

Adam has been Chief Executive of National Energy Action, a charity that campaigns against fuel poverty in the UK, since 2017. He has been a consumer rights campaigner for many years including at major UK consumer bodies such as Which? energywatch, Consumer Focus and Citizens Advice. He has been a member of numerous industry advisory boards and committees from civil aviation to insurance fraud. Fuel poverty, consumer vulnerability and the challenge of decarbonisation have been key drivers throughout his career.
