As buildings become more complex, demands for the best in fire detection meets new challenges. Gone are the days when a “traditional” fire system was adequate, as modern materials and design, along with the way we use buildings, and the ever-shifting pattern of people movement lead to more complexity.

Challenging designers and specifiers to look at differing technologies to meet these demands is often an issue of understanding how this multifaceted approach will function together seamlessly to provide the very best solution.

This webinar will look at complex buildings, and larger sites with multiple properties, to examine what solutions are available. Using speciality detection and intelligent systems, including Aspirating Smoke Detection, Linear Heat Cable, façade detection and wireless based fire technologies, coupled with innovative and smart smoke detection all integrating and working faultlessly with contemporary control systems.

And with communications and remote access becoming more prevalent and relied upon,cyber-security becomes ever more important. What are the challenges and what can be done to secure systems and data.

All attendees will receive CPD points.
