The Whiplash Reforms 2021 – changes, impacts and actions

The Ministry of Justice’s Whiplash Reforms will introduce changes to the timeframes in which the insurance industry will have to operate, tariff limits for damages, a ban on pre-meds and new procedural rules that both claimants and insurers will have to adhere to.

Join our live broker webinar and Q&A, when our own industry expert, Amanda McCarthy, Technical Claims Manager, Allianz will be joined by Mark Hall, Director of Strategy for Motor Personal Injury, Keoghs. They will discuss:

  • the reforms and their desired outcomes
  • the potential impacts on our industry
  • how Allianz is responding to the changes
  • the consequences and risks of non-compliance
  • how we can work together to support our customers.
